Berlin

Year 11 & 13 History students enjoy Berlin.

Year 11 & 13 History students have enjoyed a few days in Berlin soaking up the culture and experiencing the many things that the city has to offer.

During their time they did lots of sightseeing including visiting the Berlin Wall where they were able to contemplate the 140 people who died trying to cross the Wall. They discovered how disorienting life was for Jewish people during the Holocaust at the Jewish Museum. They also spent an afternoon at Checkpoint Charlie.

They also visited a spy museum where they did some code breaking! They also enjoyed the Eastside Gallery and taking in the view at the TV Tower.

A fabulous few days enjoying new experiences and making memories. Click here for photos.
