As a team, we are responsible for:
- Providing students and parents/carers clear insights into career pathways Post 16 and 18, developing understanding between T-Level, A Levels, Apprenticeships and University.
- Carrying out a 1-to-1 careers guidance meeting.
- Sourcing and attending all career-related events, workshops and trips.
- Organising work experience and employer interactions.
- The Strategic Curriculum Plan across all year groups.
- Creating and continuing to liaise with local employers, companies and training providers to offer students the opportunities to prepare them for the world of work.
