We are aware that many of our students have this App on their phones and we are therefore asking parents/carers to be mindful of this, and to consider deleting the App temporarily until TikTok are able to remove the footage.

It encourages children to add a contact in WhatsApp messenger. Children are then sent threatening images and dares which pose increasing risk to a child’s safety. We are not aware of any children affected locally but we would encourage you to be vigilant to your child’s online activity.
